SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The property is the landlord's own home, which gives the tenant fewer rights than when renting other housing, cf. section 11-4 of the Tenancy Act.
There are also restrictions on drilling holes or inserting screws in walls and ceilings, and it is important that felt pads are fitted under all furniture. Pets and smoking indoors are also prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The deposit must be paid before handover. The tenant will be asked to sign a move-in report and a move-out report on moving in and out to confirm the condition of the home.
